About the role
You will join the Mobility and Supply Strategy team to refine growth initiatives and product scaling for our transport and delivery services. This position involves managing projects from initial concept to execution while collaborating with internal departments to improve driver and passenger experiences.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Transform vague business challenges into structured frameworks and testable hypotheses.
- Develop business cases, establish success metrics, and oversee project timelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketplace, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch and refine pilot programs.
- Analyze driver experience gaps to improve platform retention and loyalty.
- Evaluate marketplace data to recommend specific driver segments and engagement strategies.
- Perform deep dives into unit economics, pricing sensitivity, and conversion funnels.
- Maintain dashboards to track core performance indicators like adoption, utilization, and contribution margin.
Requirements
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and work comfortably with quantitative data.
- Capacity to adjust strategies based on performance metrics and field feedback.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated skill in managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in strategy, engineering, product operations, analytics, or marketplace management.
- Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI.
