Lead AI Analytics Engineer, Trust & Safety

About the role

You will design the middleware that connects business logic to our real-time Risk Engine, serving as a technical architect for our Integrity team. This role focuses on building the data infrastructure and multi-agent orchestration frameworks required to transition our risk detection systems into autonomous, agentic workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize data pipelines, including vector databases and embedding generation, to support AI knowledge bases.
• Manage end-to-end multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph.
• Implement code-level intercepts, such as AST parsers and query cost evaluations, to prevent destructive AI-generated outputs.
• Create Model Context Protocol servers and restricted API wrappers to enable safe interaction between AI agents and the Risk Engine.
• Improve system stability, resolve asyncio blocking issues, and manage token-cost efficiency.
• Work with Data Analysts to convert domain expertise into structured, machine-readable agent skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in backend engineering, data-heavy systems, or applied machine learning.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, backend architecture, and secure API development.
• Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals, including ETL, vectorization, and data structures.
• Practical experience deploying and orchestrating LLMs.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating legacy systems into modern AI infrastructures.
• Background in Trust and Safety or fraud prevention.
