Integration Engineer, Orchestration

About the role

The Orchestration team manages automation and integration requirements for Grabber Technology Solutions and the wider organization. You will join the DevOps unit to build, maintain, and support complex workflow solutions using iPaaS technology.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior staff to build and deploy software that meets technical requirements.
• Execute unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing while performing code reviews.
• Manage the scheduling and implementation of system changes to avoid business disruption.
• Maintain technical documentation, process guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Handle production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and execute preventive fixes.
• Participate in rotational early morning shifts to manage critical issues.
• Create scripts and automation tools to reduce manual operational tasks.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure, specifically in orchestration and cloud automation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production support role.
• Competence in Git, code review workflows, and agile processes.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing platforms like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Freshservice.
• Ability to write SQL queries and familiarity with data integration standards.
• Understanding of secure API integration methods.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security standards such as NIST, COBIT, or ISO270001.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management protocols including OAuth, SAML, RBAC, and ABAC.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, TIBCO Business Works, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or N8N.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
