Integration Engineer, Orchestration

About the role

The Orchestration team manages automation and integration requirements for Grabber Technology Solutions. You will join the DevOps unit to build, deploy, and maintain complex workflow solutions using iPaaS platforms.

What you'll do

• Design and implement software solutions while following established coding standards.
• Perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing alongside code reviews.
• Manage the scheduling and execution of system changes to ensure minimal operational impact.
• Create technical documentation, process guides, and specifications for internal knowledge sharing.
• Resolve production incidents and alerts, including participation in rotational early morning shifts.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future service disruptions.
• Build scripts and automation tools to reduce manual maintenance and monitoring tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure, specifically in orchestration, automation, and cloud environments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production support role managing and resolving live system issues.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development workflows.
• Proficiency using incident tracking tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
• Ability to write SQL queries and understand data integration and transfer protocols.
• Familiarity with secure API integration methods.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, COBIT, or ISO270001 and access management standards including OAuth, SAML, RBAC, and ABAC.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, TIBCO Business Works, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, or N8N.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
