This position involves providing strategic guidance to the regional sales department regarding commercial deal structures and pricing. You will oversee the full lifecycle of complex agreements, ensuring they meet company profitability standards while coordinating across internal departments.

What you'll do

• Advise regional sales staff on commercial terms and deal architecture to improve profit margins.
• Manage the approval and closure process for deals by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Refine regional deal management workflows to increase speed and governance.
• Perform financial modeling, margin assessments, and pipeline monitoring using CRM data.
• Verify that contracts align with company policies and revenue recognition standards.
• Track the financial performance of finalized deals against initial projections.
• Prepare data-driven reports for leadership and provide mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software sector.
• Expertise in enterprise sales cycles, commercial contract management, and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and support negotiations.
• Experience in process improvement and translating analytics into business strategy.
