About the role

This role sits within the GrabFood Growth and Strategy division, focusing on expanding market share and improving platform efficiency. You will manage growth initiatives by combining data-driven experimentation with cross-functional project management.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team to increase platform growth while operating within a set budget.
• Develop go-to-market and growth strategies to meet P&L goals and maintain competitive positioning.
• Monitor business performance and investigate factors affecting demand, including P&L, conversion funnels, churn, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct predictive demand modeling and advanced statistical analysis.
• Create and implement promo, delivery fee, and deal structures to encourage sustainable demand.
• Forecast and oversee budget allocations for initiatives on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
• Oversee projects from start to finish while coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations to guide senior leadership in data-backed decision making.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technology, management consulting, financial services, or platform businesses.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into business actions.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and problem solving.
• Professional fluency in both English and Thai.
• A result-oriented, resilient mindset suited for a startup environment.
