About the role

The GrabFood Growth and Strategy team functions as the primary engine for food delivery expansion. You will focus on scaling platform demand, improving business efficiency, and executing high-impact initiatives through data-backed experimentation and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Direct growth initiatives while managing a dedicated budget.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to meet P&L targets and maintain market competitiveness.
• Monitor business health by analyzing P&L, conversion funnels, customer churn, and competitor activity.
• Partner with internal teams to build predictive demand models and advanced statistical analyses.
• Create and implement structures for promotions, delivery fees, and deals to boost sustainable demand.
• Oversee budget forecasting and spending on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to influence senior leadership and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technology, management consulting, platform businesses, or financial services.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and project execution.
• Professional fluency in both Thai and English.
• A result-oriented, resilient, and startup-focused mindset.
