Senior Associate, Key Account Management

About the role

You will manage high-value FMCG brand partnerships within the GrabAds division. This position focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic media planning, commercial execution, and data-backed performance optimization.

What you'll do

• Manage the full client lifecycle for FMCG brands, dedicating 80 percent of your time to account retention and growth and 20 percent to new business acquisition.
• Interpret media briefs to develop and present pitch decks that secure advertising campaigns.
• Oversee sales pipelines, track campaign pacing, and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard FMCG products and manage the transition from commercial setup to launch.
• Analyze internal data and market trends to provide strategic advice and optimize media budgets for partners.
• Serve as the primary contact between Key Account Management, Marketing, Planning, and Data Analytics teams.
• Create executive-level reports that detail campaign performance, return on investment, and future recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG brand management, commercial strategy, or media planning.
• Proven ability to analyze data and convert findings into strategic actions.
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
• Experience managing projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Full professional proficiency in both Thai and English.
