About the role

Govwell is modernizing local government software by replacing outdated systems with an AI-driven operating system. This role manages the technical implementation and configuration process to ensure new agency partners successfully launch and utilize our platform.

What you'll do

• Configure customer workflows by building digital forms, process logic, and automations that mirror government operations.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate requirements into functional, scalable product setups.
• Manage live user support via Intercom to resolve daily issues and maintain platform stability.
• Refine existing configurations based on user feedback to improve performance after the initial launch.
• Document recurring technical hurdles and provide actionable insights to the Product and Engineering teams to drive platform improvements.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in high-velocity environments such as startups, consulting, or operations.
• Ability to organize ambiguous requirements into structured, executable workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience managing direct customer relationships and navigating complex operational environments.
• Commitment to the mission of improving public sector service delivery.
