About the role

You will serve as a procurement partner within GovTech, focusing on the acquisition of technology and cybersecurity solutions for Singapore's public sector. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of complex technology projects while ensuring compliance with government standards and supporting the nation's digital infrastructure goals.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary procurement contact for assigned clusters to manage end-to-end government technology programs.
• Advise technical and business teams on navigating acquisition processes.
• Oversee the procurement and contract lifecycle for active projects to maintain milestone delivery.
• Create data-informed procurement strategies using market and supply-chain insights.
• Direct tender and evaluation procedures to ensure transparency and adherence to government policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and business personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle timelines and processes.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the application of technology for public benefit.

Nice to have

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or Business.
