About the role
This leadership position focuses on scaling red team operations and managing multiple concurrent attack campaigns. You will guide the development of custom malware and C2 infrastructure while bridging the gap between technical offensive execution and executive risk reporting.

What you'll do
- Lead several offensive teams simultaneously across different target networks.
- Manage resource allocation and timelines to maintain operational security during live engagements.
- Direct the engineering of evasive malware and C2 frameworks designed to bypass EDR and NDR controls.
- Apply current global threat intelligence to ensure red team activities accurately mirror modern APT tactics.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on exploitation paths and translating technical findings into risk briefings.
- Build a cohesive team culture by facilitating peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative technical debriefs.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple technical offensive units or red teams concurrently.
- Expert knowledge of live red team operations, including lateral movement, post-exploitation, and data exfiltration.
- Strong background in developing custom malware and managing stealth-focused C2 server environments.
- Deep understanding of current adversarial TTPs and real-world threat actor behavior.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and maintain clarity during complex, multi-stage operations.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-trust technical teams.
