About the role

Gopuff is hiring a manager to oversee Starbucks operations at the Ballard location. You will direct a team of baristas and lead baristas to ensure high service standards and store profitability.

What you'll do

• Manage all daily Starbucks functions including inventory, equipment upkeep, and order fulfillment.
• Track and improve metrics such as Production Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Train staff on safety protocols, standard work procedures, and productivity expectations.
• Meet financial goals regarding labor costs and site profitability.
• Enforce company policies and legal regulations while conducting quality assurance checks.
• Build and implement plans to boost facility performance and site culture.
• Manage shift scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during weekends and high-volume periods.
• Use data and site observations to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Mentor team members and implement new operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in sales-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and lead in a changing workplace.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Google Suite.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff with professional maturity.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• 1 year of experience in a cafe or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Professional fluency in Spanish.
