About the role

Gopuff is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to oversee operations across multiple United States locations. You will manage a team of General Managers, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence within your assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Provide daily operational direction and support to local General Managers.
• Coach and mentor site staff to improve performance and prepare them for future growth.
• Manage talent development through succession planning and performance reviews.
• Monitor performance metrics across all timeframes to refine customer experience strategies.
• Report field performance to headquarters leadership.
• Act as the bridge between corporate rollouts and local territory execution.
• Lead the hiring, interviewing, and onboarding process for new team members.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage the launch of new sites.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, retail, supply chain, consulting, or data-driven project management.
• Proven experience leading and managing multi-location teams.
• Experience managing large-scale training and onboarding programs.
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• Ability to solve complex problems and perform analytical work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on swift execution.
• Willingness to travel at least 90% of the time.

Practical notes

• Base Salary Range: $96,900 - $120,750.
• Compensation includes a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in the company equity incentive plan.
