Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain code for products or systems.
- Engage with colleagues and stakeholders through design and code evaluations to uphold best practices in technology usage.
- Update and enhance existing documentation and educational materials based on product changes and user insights.
- Identify and troubleshoot product or system issues by analyzing their origins and effects on hardware, network, or service quality.
- Apply specialized knowledge in machine learning areas, use ML infrastructure, and assist in model optimization and data handling.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in one or more areas such as speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, and debugging.
Nice to have
- A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience working with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to software development.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with debugging and problem-solving techniques.

- Compensation for this role ranges from $147,000 to $210,000 (USD), plus a target bonus of 15%, equity, and additional benefits.
