Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain code for products or systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders through design and code reviews to uphold best practices in technology usage.
- Update and enhance existing documentation or educational materials based on product changes and user insights.
- Diagnose and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and their effects on hardware, network, or service quality.
- Implement solutions in specialized areas of machine learning, utilizing ML infrastructure, and assist in optimizing models and processing data.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of programming experience in Python or C++.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas: speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, machine learning infrastructure, or another machine learning specialization.
- At least 1 year of experience with machine learning infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.
Nice to have
- A master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in Python or C++.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and infrastructure.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing code.
- Knowledge of data processing techniques.
Practical notes
- Salary range: $147,000 - $210,000 (USD) plus a target bonus of 15% and equity options, along with benefits.
