About the role
You will provide technical leadership for large-scale advertising systems that support publishers, advertisers, and users globally. This role involves managing complex project lifecycles while mentoring engineers and driving technical strategy across the Google Ads organization.

- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role directing project teams.
- 3 years of experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations with cross-functional projects.
- Professional experience with advertising platforms.
