About the role
You will act as a technical advisor for organizations adopting Google Cloud, helping them maximize productivity and collaboration through Google Workspace. This role involves partnering with sales teams to address technical challenges, demonstrate product value, and design solutions that meet specific business needs.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify business opportunities while developing strategies to overcome technical objections.
- Manage the technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs.
- Conduct product briefings, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects to drive customer adoption.
- Design architectures using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate complex business workflows.
- Advise customers and partners on integrating third-party data sources and implementing agentic AI capabilities.
- Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in cloud-native architecture within a customer-facing or support capacity.
- Background in productivity software and power applications.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Expertise in enterprise productivity solutions, including identity management, endpoint management, and messaging.
- Experience designing or building agentic AI solutions for business process automation.
- Knowledge of Gemini Enterprise features, platform differentiation, and enterprise data integration.
