About the role
This role involves acting as a primary technical advisor for customers, helping them solve business challenges through Google Cloud architecture. You will work alongside sales teams to demonstrate the value of cloud solutions, manage technical wins, and guide customers through the transition from planning to implementation.

What you'll do
- Create and manage technical account strategies and participate in sales planning.
- Demonstrate Google Cloud capabilities through workshops, pilots, and technical product demos.
- Design cross-pillar architectures and lead the technical engagement through the solution phase.
- Assist with pricing and hand off delivery plans to implementation teams after the sale.
- Monitor progress during implementation and migration phases to support cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture within a support or customer-facing role.
- Background in containerization, virtualization, on-premise engineering, or cloud engineering.
- Proven ability to present to executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with systems design, debugging, prototyping, programming, and customer workshops.
Nice to have
- Experience selling solutions in areas such as security, networking, migrations, data analytics, or infrastructure and application modernization.
- Background in migrating services and applications to the cloud.
- Experience with machine learning APIs and frameworks such as Ray, Jax, or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of platform engineering tasks like automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, or image management.
- Experience building scalable architectures using microservice frameworks, PaaS, and API management.
