About the role
You will lead the strategy for developer efficiency and enterprise UX platforms, blending AI integration with engineering workflows. This role focuses on improving internal developer productivity while standardizing design systems across GoDaddy products.

What you'll do
- Direct the developer experience strategy, focusing on AI-driven automation and reduced cycle times.
- Implement agentic workflows, including intelligent CI/CD, autonomous agents, and automated testing.
- Manage the evolution of local development environments, observability, and testing frameworks.
- Create metrics and dashboards to track engineering velocity and developer satisfaction.
- Oversee the enterprise UX platform, including design systems, pattern governance, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and UX teams to deploy conversational and AI-powered interfaces across product surfaces.
- Ensure consistent design standards across mobile and web platforms.
- Define and track health metrics for UX platforms, such as adoption rates and design debt reduction.
- Align leadership across engineering and product to maintain a unified platform roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a team focused on platform engineering, AI tooling, and UX systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in platform engineering, developer efficiency, or design systems within global SaaS companies.
- 7+ years of experience in direct people management, including coaching and team development.
- Proven history of deploying AI copilots, LLM-powered interfaces, or agentic workflows.
- Expertise in large-scale design systems, UX governance, and multi-product experience frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud architecture, and multi-surface design.
- Ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven insights.

Practical notes
- Compensation: $169,000 to $253,000 CAD base salary.
- Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary cash bonus of 20% of base salary.
