About the role
Glossier is looking for a creative leader to transform our Los Angeles flagship into a vibrant cultural hub. You will manage the end-to-end strategy for in-store programming, ensuring our physical space serves as a meaningful connection point for the local community.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute an experiential vision that turns the LA flagship into a destination for community and culture.
- Manage the full lifecycle of in-store events and activations, from initial concept to final post-event analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with local creators, artists, and organizations across the LA fashion, music, and design scenes.
- Create an ongoing programming calendar that aligns with brand priorities, product launches, and cultural trends.
- Coordinate across internal departments including Retail, Creative, PR, and Digital to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Oversee all logistical elements, including vendor management, contract negotiations, and on-site execution.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports to refine future experiential strategies.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience in experiential marketing, event production, brand partnerships, or community building.
- Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or culture-focused sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver physical, in-store brand experiences.
- Strong existing network within the Los Angeles creative community.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on, detail-oriented execution.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Practical notes
- Compensation range: $106,000.00 - $138,000.00 annually.
