Glossier is seeking a hands-on leader to support our Atlanta retail operations and foster an inclusive, people-first environment. You will act as a floor presence to guide staff, ensure operational excellence, and deliver memorable experiences for our community.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Model company values and support a culture of equity, safety, and inclusion.
• Manage daily floor operations, including shift huddles, staff coverage, and Editor Zone Charts.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty to assist with customer needs, returns, and service recovery.
• Open and close the store while maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate business KPIs to the team and assist leadership with local community networking.
• Provide ongoing feedback to staff and participate in team recognition initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience within retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• Proven track record of motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on structured and clear feedback.
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and support both front and back of house operations.
