Influencer Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Glossier is seeking a coordinator to support community building and daily talent management. You will work within the marketing team to execute influencer partnerships and affiliate initiatives while maintaining brand equity. This role focuses on identifying talent and fostering relationships to expand our reach through storytelling.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Scout and identify global and local influencer talent for campaign goals.
• Handle contract and offer letter coordination between agents, talent, and legal.
• Oversee affiliate program communications, including gifting, invitations, and content via ShopMy.
• Maintain internal databases, product seeding trackers, and documentation.
• Manage the beauty closet, including inventory, sample orders, and VIP guest hosting.
• Track post-performance metrics, UGC, and prepare internal presentations.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to contact UGC creators.
• Manage administrative tasks such as vendor forms, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
• Build and own relationships with local influencers in Los Angeles.
• Pitch partnership opportunities that align with campaign storytelling.
• Audit the talent directory to find new gifting and paid partnership potential.
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or relationship management.
• Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work in-office 3 days per week.
• Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
• Deep understanding of current influencer industry culture.
