About the role

Globixs is seeking a full-stack developer for MCTResto, our AI-driven platform designed to automate restaurant operations. Currently, we support four clients, including Aroma and Sakana Sushi, and are looking to expand our capabilities. You will be responsible for developing the Supabase CRM dashboard, implementing Twilio voice workflows, and managing features from concept to deployment.

What you'll do

• Develop and launch the MCTResto CRM dashboard using Supabase and Next.js, enabling restaurant owners to manage leads, bookings, and orders efficiently.
• Adapt the existing Aroma catering automation workflow for new clients and additional processes.
• Integrate Twilio for voice and SMS functionalities, including missed-call-to-text features, once toll-free verification is completed.
• Take ownership of features throughout the development cycle, including API design, database schema, frontend development, and deployment using platforms like Railway, Netlify, or Vercel.
• Produce high-quality, production-ready code in TypeScript and Python.
• Collaborate with the AI Architect to incorporate Claude-powered agents into the platform.
• Assist in onboarding new restaurant clients and transform successful implementations into scalable templates.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in developing and deploying production web applications.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Next.js, including App Router, Server Components, and API routes.
• Strong skills in Python, particularly with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Postgres and experience using Supabase or comparable Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions.
• Knowledge of REST API design and experience with webhooks and third-party integrations such as Twilio, Stripe, and Google APIs.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions, and cloud deployment on platforms like Railway, Vercel, or Netlify.
• Ability to interpret vague requirements from restaurant owners and transform them into actionable features.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with low-code automation tools such as Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
• Experience with Twilio voice/SMS functionalities, including toll-free verification.
• Background in working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and agent patterns.
• Experience in small-business or SMB SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of Tailwind, shadcn/ui, or React Server Components.
