About the role
This position manages the daily operations of AI tools used by the field organization. You will maintain tool inventories, track adoption metrics, process access requests, and ensure data hygiene across internal systems.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Keep a current inventory of all field AI tools to identify and reduce redundancy.
- Create and maintain a library of AI use cases in partnership with the AI Transformation Owner.
- Monitor tool usage and build reports to highlight adoption trends or underperforming assets.
- Draft internal communications for new tool rollouts and manage micro-enablement programs.
- Handle the intake and provisioning of AI tool access requests.
- Maintain the quality and organization of data generated by or used within AI tools.
Requirements
- Early-to-mid level experience in sales operations, business operations, IT operations, or enablement.
- Ability to manage recurring operational workflows and multiple datasets simultaneously.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic data tools.
- Capacity to follow and refine structured processes like intake forms and access workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data or access issues.
- Alignment with GitLab values, including working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
