About the role
Join the Revenue Technology team to manage and improve the technical infrastructure supporting our go-to-market operations. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining documentation and support standards in our all-remote environment.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool stack.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including user provisioning, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors on procurement, renewals, and quarterly business reviews alongside IT, Finance, and Legal.
- Identify gaps in automation and integrations to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports within revenue tools to boost team productivity.
- Create documentation and troubleshooting guides to support self-service workflows.
- Use internal AI solutions to automate GTM and team-specific processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Marketing Operations, Sales Strategy, and Enablement to ensure aligned tool adoption.
Requirements
- Professional background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, analytics, or system administration.
- Practical experience with at least two tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, or Kantata.
- Knowledge of system connectivity, including data management, permissions, automations, and integrations.
- Experience using AI in daily workflows to build agents or artifacts that increase productivity.
- Proven ability to manage tooling rollouts, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and improve workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, all-remote setting.
- Clear communication skills for collaborating across diverse internal departments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market motions.
- Exposure to automation platforms like Zapier or Workato.
- Experience with large language model-powered workflows.
- Data skills including SQL, Python, or Salesforce reporting.

Practical notes
- US Salary Range: $95,200 to $160,800 USD.
- Sales roles are eligible for incentive pay up to 100% of the base salary.
