What you'll do
- Manage the complete hiring process for technical roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to establish precise and effective hiring procedures.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and reports to assess pipeline health, providing proactive insights and recommendations to hiring teams.
- Cultivate a strong network of candidates through market research, CRM engagement, and relationship building.
- Prioritize candidate experience by collecting feedback, analyzing survey data, and implementing process improvements.
- Identify and lead projects to improve the efficiency of the TA function, including workflow automation, AI tools, and process redesign.
- Mentor and train team members on new tools, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech environment.
- Proven success in placing senior technical professionals.
- Ability to engage in detailed discussions about technical roles with engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Practical experience using AI tools and automation to enhance recruiting workflows while maintaining a personal touch in sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
- A problem-solving mindset, actively seeking to resolve inefficiencies and automate manual tasks.
- A strong customer-focused approach that positively impacts both hiring managers and candidates.
Practical notes
This is a hybrid role requiring three days of in-office collaboration (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and two optional remote focus days.
