About the role
This position focuses on building the operational infrastructure for the Strategic Partnerships division. You will design the frameworks and systems that allow a multi-vertical, multi-region team to execute at scale. You will work alongside the Head of Strategic Partnerships to translate high-level goals into concrete, repeatable processes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and maintain the operational playbooks, partner tiering logic, and launch checklists that guide team execution.
- Manage the end-to-end annual and quarterly planning cycles, including OKR development and QBR processes.
- Lead and mentor the Operations team, focusing on developing their commercial judgment and output quality.
- Execute complex, cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders and removing bottlenecks.
- Oversee performance tracking, including GMV forecasting and P&L management for partnership channels.
- Resolve cross-functional dependencies, such as product requirements or payment infrastructure, to ensure partner launches stay on track.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, preferably starting in top-tier consulting followed by an in-house role at a high-growth tech company or marketplace.
- Proven ability to build initiatives from the ground up, including problem framing and execution.
- Experience managing teams and developing talent.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build P&L models and business cases from scratch.
- Experience owning planning cycles and OKR frameworks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data for executive audiences.
- High degree of proficiency in Excel.

Practical notes
- Hybrid work model with three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and two days remote.
