About the role

Getwingapp is building an automated platform to help global companies manage their operations and scale their teams. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team immediately to oversee client success and platform integration.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Guide new clients through the platform onboarding process.
• Manage account health by adjusting bids, budgets, and segmentation to maximize ROI.
• Lead recurring performance reviews and trend analysis for clients.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical or product-related problems.
• Maintain detailed records of all client communication and activity within HubSpot.
• Suggest product updates and service solutions based on feedback from clients.
• Partner with internal departments to boost retention and account results.
• Review performance metrics to find areas for growth and optimization.
• Anticipate account risks and implement preventative measures.
• Assist with revenue expansion and upsell campaigns.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Proven background in account management and customer support.
• Advanced verbal and written English skills.
• High level of accuracy and the ability to spot issues before they escalate.
• Ability to manage tasks independently following the initial training period.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working in a high-speed, changing environment.
• Hardware: USB noise-canceling headset, functional webcam, and a computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Connectivity: Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, overlapping with US Central Time.

• Prior experience using HubSpot.
• Experience working with SQL.
