About the role

Getwingapp is seeking a dedicated professional to manage agency accounts and ensure clients maximize our automation software. You will serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, troubleshooting, and identifying growth opportunities within our user base.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Initiate contact with new agency accounts within one business day and follow up within 24 hours if there is no response.
• Audit trade area sizes, keyword selections, and ranking maps prior to client onboarding calls.
• Conduct onboarding sessions via Google Meet to demonstrate dashboard navigation, integration setups, and reporting features.
• Maintain session recordings and documentation within Google Drive.
• Monitor accounts to identify unmanaged Google Business Profiles or potential for service expansion.
• Act as the main support contact during business hours for technical inquiries and training.
• Communicate technical issues to the engineering team and provide progress reports to the Sales Manager regarding churn risks and account growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, client communication, and relationship building.
• Solid understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Ability to grasp new software platforms and translate technical details for non-technical users.
• Hardware: USB headset with noise cancellation, functional webcam, and a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Connectivity: Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
