About the role
Getlabs is a leading platform for at-home diagnostic testing, enabling healthcare organizations to offer convenient lab services to patients. This role is central to our operations and strategy, supporting data-driven decision-making across the company. You will work on foundational data modeling, dashboard creation, and critical business analyses.
Key facts
What you'll do
Build and maintain data models and BI tables that support company-wide reporting.
Develop and manage dashboards used by Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Clinical Quality teams.
Analyze appointment logistics, phlebotomist efficiency, and resource allocation to enhance operational performance.
Create models to assess new market expansion opportunities and inform growth strategies.
Prepare business reviews for key enterprise partners and respond to their inquiries with data.
Investigate service quality metrics and patient experience data to identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to financial modeling and forecasting for demand and performance against budget.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, or finance.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to define and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, and BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
Comfort working across different departments and interacting with individuals at all organizational levels.
Willingness to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day analytical tasks.
High emotional intelligence, with the capacity to build trust and navigate ambiguity.
Nice to have
Experience with a programming language like Python or R.
Familiarity with using AI tools for data analysis.

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
Includes a stock option plan.
