Business Strategy Analyst

About the role

Getlabs provides a nationwide platform for at-home diagnostics, connecting patients with mobile phlebotomists. We are looking for an analyst to bridge the gap between our operational data and high-level business strategy following our acquisition by Function Health.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Create and refine data models and BI tables to support company-wide reporting.
• Manage dashboards for the Finance, Operations, Clinical Quality, and Business Development departments.
• Audit data accuracy and maintain consistency for core organizational metrics.
• Optimize phlebotomist utilization, appointment logistics, and market resource planning.
• Model expansion opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for pricing and growth.
• Generate performance reviews for enterprise partners and assist with partnership feasibility studies.
• Investigate service quality metrics and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop financial projections for B2B and DTC demand and track performance against quarterly budgets.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in finance, consulting, operations, or analytics.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Public Health, or Computer Science.
• Expertise in SQL and Excel modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
• Ability to manage both high-level strategic projects and daily analytical tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory for any employee who interacts with patients.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in R or Python.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis.

• Compensation range: 90K to 120K USD.
