What you'll do
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree in Taxation or an MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting, with a strong focus on corporate and individual tax compliance.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting systems; familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, TurboTax, or similar platforms is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey tax concepts to clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about tax-related issues.
- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) is highly desirable.
