Garner Health is building a platform that uses clinical data to guide patients toward high-quality care, aiming to improve health outcomes while reducing costs. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help scale our infrastructure and integrate AI into our core systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• A generalist approach to development with the ability to adapt to new languages and frameworks.
• Proven experience building complex systems using AI coding agents like Claude Code.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security protocols.
• Ability to work in the New York City office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Practical notes

The salary range for this role is $230,000 to $285,000. Compensation includes equity incentives and a benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), flexible PTO, and Teladoc Health.
