About the role
Garage is building a platform to modernize how critical industrial assets are bought and sold. You will join our engineering team to develop the internal systems and automated workflows that drive our sales operations and pipeline growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop data infrastructure to aggregate fragmented industry information into actionable sales pipelines.
- Create internal software for the sales team, focusing on lead routing, deal management, and outbound automation.
- Integrate LLMs and AI agents to process unstructured data and automate background sales tasks.
- Partner with sales staff and external clients to refine tools based on real-world feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining scalable database architectures and API integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade software, specifically involving AI agents.
- Deep familiarity with AI development workflows and modern toolsets.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth startup environment with a focus on system-level problem solving.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as an early engineer or technical co-founder at a Series A, B, or C stage company.
- Background in processing messy, analog, or real-world data sources.
- Practical knowledge of sales and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, or Apollo.
