About the role

Garage is modernizing how essential industries trade critical assets by automating the entire transaction process. We are looking for a marketing generalist to build our organic acquisition channels and partnership networks from the ground up.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage and expand organic social, press, and content efforts to create compounding growth.
• Establish relationships with industry associations, creators, and platforms to reach new buyers and sellers.
• Create referral, affiliate, and advocacy programs to turn our existing customer base into growth drivers.
• Optimize our visibility across SEO and AI answer engines.
• Run experiments on new marketing channels and build repeatable systems for acquisition.
• Partner with sales and engineering to execute high-impact growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of experience managing organic, social, or growth marketing at a fast-growing company.
• Demonstrated history of building and scaling organic growth programs.
• Ability to function as a T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in specific areas and the versatility to handle generalist tasks.
• Experience creating organic content that drives both audience engagement and business results.
• Ability to work with high autonomy in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.

• Experience scaling marketplace business models.
• Proven success growing social channels like YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook.
• Background in community-led growth.
• Existing network of contacts in press or creator spaces.
