Drove 50,000+ paid NFT mints ($1M revenue) and 45K organic followers in 60 days through cross-platform campaigns.

Led B2C-to-B2B pivot across 4 DeFi products: redesigned positioning, websites, wireframes, and branding. Authored Lite Paper, White Paper, and all content. Translated complex DeFi concepts into accessible narratives for enterprise buyers.

Built and managed 10-person cross-functional team (social, design, content) with full ownership of output and scheduling. Drove player acquisition via social-first strategy; directed video and visual content production across channels.

Ran marketing for two concurrent projects: TKNZ (led through to successful acquisition) and Lochness (DeFi payments). Owned brand positioning, editorial calendar, community management, and partnership outreach across both.
