This role focuses on the complete employer and recruiter experience with our AI platform. You will be an active builder, blending product management with technical execution and AI integration. Your work will directly shorten the time from identifying a customer need to delivering a usable solution.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and manage the product roadmap for employer and recruiter interactions, including performance and activation across all user interfaces.
- Oversee the end-to-end workflows for business service operations and the tools used by agents, increasingly enhanced by AI.
- Identify and specify AI and data use cases, such as candidate recommendations and automated service processes, translating them into clear requirements for engineering and data teams.
- Utilize AI agents and LLM tools as your primary work method for prototyping, drafting plans, and synthesizing research.
- Conduct continuous, lightweight customer research and fast prototyping to validate concepts with users.
- Author product strategy and quarterly roadmaps for your domain, aligning employer outcomes with business goals.
- Manage technical trade-offs related to performance, scalability, and development speed, and ensure precise scoping of technical tasks.
- Act as the primary product liaison for Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams, and mentor colleagues on technical product practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning a product area at a platform level, articulating all key decisions and trade-offs.
- A history of successfully leading multi-quarter technical initiatives involving multiple teams.
- Extensive practical experience using LLMs, agents, and AI-assisted tools for daily work, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
- Strong technical understanding to contribute to architecture discussions, evaluate AI system quality, and define non-functional requirements.
- Proficiency in defining precise metrics and OKRs, maintaining data dashboards, and driving data-informed decision-making.
- Established credibility and trust with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering departments.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with platforms focused on employers, recruiters, workforce development, or B2B SaaS.
- Knowledge of workforce development policies and programs like WIOA, Workforce Pell, and ETPL.
- Familiarity with modern BI and analytics tools such as Looker or Snowflake.
