What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can enhance business processes and customer experiences.
Assist in the development and implementation of AI-driven projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the AI landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Support the creation of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for AI applications within the company.
Analyze data sets to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and recommend improvements based on findings.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that AI initiatives meet user needs.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
Contribute to the development of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing project outcomes and insights.
Network with industry professionals and participate in relevant events to expand your knowledge and connections in the AI field.
Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications for AI projects, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Provide administrative support to the AI management team, helping to coordinate meetings and manage schedules.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about AI applications in business settings.

Nice to have

Previous internship or project experience in AI, data analysis, or project management.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R, particularly in relation to AI and data analysis.
Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
Understanding of ethical considerations and challenges in AI implementation.
