This role is for a marketing leader to drive the next phase of growth for an AI-first insights platform. You will shape the company's narrative, create a new market category, and build a modern marketing engine focused on pipeline generation, product adoption, and customer value. This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution across campaigns, messaging, launches, and analytics.

- Develop and scale comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels to generate pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
- Oversee conversion optimization for all digital touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, and in-product calls to action.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and increase marketing-attributed revenue.
- Create and execute account-based marketing strategies for large enterprise clients, using data-driven personalization.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators such as MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and pipeline contribution.
- Define and evolve the brand story for the AI-powered Research Engine and related solutions, positioning the company as a leader in AI-native consumer intelligence.
- Lead efforts to establish a new market category for AI-powered research, differentiating the platform from traditional solutions.
- Implement full-funnel marketing strategies to boost awareness, demand, and revenue across all channels and buyer segments.
- Establish the company's thought leadership in AI-driven market research and future consumer intelligence.
- Translate company goals into actionable, measurable marketing plans aligned with executive priorities.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for AI-first capabilities, ensuring strong positioning and rapid market adoption.
- Partner with Product management to create launch strategies for AI-powered features that meet buyer demands for speed, scale, and intelligence.
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles, AI-relevant personas, and segmented messaging frameworks for enterprise buyers.
- Drive pricing strategy, sales enablement content, and competitive differentiation to highlight the company's AI advantage.
- Coordinate go-to-market efforts across Product, Sales, and Customer Success for impactful launches.
- Champion an AI-first approach to marketing operations, using generative AI for content, predictive analytics for lead scoring, and intelligent automation.
- Integrate experimentation and rapid iteration into the marketing team's workflow, leveraging AI tools for faster optimization.
- Use AI for personalized customer journeys across all lifecycle stages.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize the martech stack to enable product-led growth measurement, attribution, and AI-powered execution.
- Ensure marketing's AI capabilities are supported by robust data governance and performance transparency.
- Develop marketing programs and thought leadership content for C-level buyers navigating AI transformation.
- Enhance brand visibility among Fortune 1000 decision-makers through executive events and strategic communications.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities by aligning marketing narratives with enterprise needs like AI adoption and cost efficiency.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, growth, product marketing, and product-led sales functions.
- Foster a culture of ownership, data literacy, AI fluency, and rapid experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure market execution.
- Manage the marketing budget, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships to ensure ROI.
- Report marketing performance to the CEO and executive team with clear strategic context.
- Explore and potentially scale product-led sales as a growth motion, including self-serve acquisition and in-product engagement.
- Drive PLS-specific conversion metrics such as free-to-paid conversion and product-qualified lead generation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions that enable product-led growth.
- Utilize user behavior analytics tools to optimize the PLS funnel and improve conversion and retention.
- Build lifecycle marketing programs to engage, retain, and expand users from activation through enterprise upsell.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B marketing roles.
- 2+ years in a marketing leadership or management position within B2B SaaS, AI-powered software, or insights/research technology.
- Demonstrated success leading go-to-market efforts for AI-native, disruptive, or emerging category products with clear market differentiation.
- Deep expertise in product-led sales mechanics, including self-serve funnels, freemium models, product-qualified lead frameworks, in-product engagement, and PLS-to-enterprise expansion motions.
- Proven application of AI tools in marketing strategy, content operations, and campaign execution.
