About the role
Front is seeking a motivated professional to join our EMEA sales team and drive pipeline growth through high-velocity outbound and inbound efforts. You will master our customer operations platform and work closely with Account Executives to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

What you'll do
- Develop deep expertise in the Front platform and the competitive market to engage prospects effectively.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn using personalized messaging.
- Manage the full qualification process for both inbound leads and self-sourced outbound prospects.
- Schedule meetings and build a consistent pipeline for your Account Executive partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize campaign conversion rates.
- Maintain precise records within our CRM and sales engagement systems.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance research and outreach quality while maintaining a human touch.
- Track weekly performance metrics to ensure activity goals are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of personal accountability and a competitive, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement software.
- Growth-oriented attitude with a willingness to accept coaching and iterate on feedback.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an SDR or BDR role.
- Fluency in French.
