Senior Product Manager

About the role

Front is looking for a Senior Product Manager to guide the evolution of our Developer Platform. You will bridge the gap between engineering and product to build the tools, APIs, and SDKs that allow our customers and partners to integrate with our customer operations platform.

What you'll do

• Manage the strategy for our APIs, MCP, and AI connectivity, specifically focusing on how external systems and agents integrate with our platform.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and maintain scalable developer tools, including webhooks, SDKs, and our developer portal.
• Engage directly with developers to identify pain points and translate feedback into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Coordinate across security, infrastructure, and partnerships teams to ensure consistent delivery and alignment.
• Establish success metrics to evaluate product performance and drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with technical or platform-focused products.
• Technical background with a strong understanding of system design, APIs, and developer-facing tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initial concept to final adoption.
• Ability to balance long-term infrastructure investments with immediate, pragmatic product iterations.
• Experience using both qualitative developer feedback and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI workflows and the ability to apply AI tools to improve developer productivity.

• This role follows a hybrid schedule with mandatory in-office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
