What you'll do
- Manage marketing planning and execution workflows, including intake, prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure consistent delivery.
- Direct the strategy for marketing technology and automation, covering MAP/CRM integrations, lead lifecycle management, routing, scoring, and data enrichment.
- Collaborate with the data team to develop and maintain reports and dashboards for funnel performance metrics (MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline, velocity, CAC/LTV inputs), and help define clear service level agreements.
- Develop segmentation and audience strategies to improve targeting, personalization, and lifecycle campaign results.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Content, and Product Marketing teams to implement go-to-market and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Oversee data quality initiatives, such as UTM governance, deduplication, taxonomy, and source-of-truth alignment, to enhance attribution and analytics.
- Identify and implement process improvements and tool enhancements to reduce manual tasks and increase program scalability.
- Support experimentation, including A/B tests and holdouts, measure outcomes, and document learnings to improve marketing return on investment.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS or a similar fast-paced go-to-market environment.
- Direct experience managing a marketing automation platform and its integration with a CRM.
- Required proficiency with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, comfortable with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and building dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, Mode, HubSpot, or SFDC reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and attribution concepts, with the ability to translate business questions into measurable frameworks.
- Experience creating scalable processes, such as campaign intake, quality assurance checklists, UTM governance, and documentation, across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- High attention to detail and a systems-oriented mindset, balancing strategic thinking with execution.
