About the role
Front is looking for a strategic finance professional to manage corporate financial planning and investor reporting. You will work directly with the CFO and executive leadership to refine our financial models and provide insights that guide company-wide decision-making.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the corporate financial model, covering revenue, headcount, expenses, and cash flow.
- Execute annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles in collaboration with department heads.
- Prepare financial narratives, KPI dashboards, and scenario analyses for board and investor meetings.
- Perform budget vs. actual analysis to identify performance drivers and improve future planning.
- Improve financial infrastructure by automating reporting processes and integrating planning tools.
- Act as a financial advisor to cross-functional leaders in GTM, R&D, and People teams.
Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Background in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in 3-statement modeling, cash flow forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, CLTV, and gross margin.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting, including ASC 606 and ASC 340.
- Experience presenting financial data to executive or board-level audiences.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office model, with in-office attendance required Tuesday through Thursday.

- Experience using Pigment and Netsuite.
- Proficiency in SQL or experience working with data warehouses.
