What you'll do

• Create, develop, and deploy generative AI applications using NodeJS and TypeScript to improve product features and user experiences, with a focus on agentic systems for automating user inquiry resolution.
• Work with product teams to find opportunities for applying generative AI to meet user needs and enhance the platform.
• Lead the investigation and adoption of advanced generative AI techniques to keep the company at the forefront of technology.
• Provide input on AI model training and deployment infrastructure to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze real-world data in depth to ensure high-quality model training and iterative improvements.
• Monitor and assess the performance of AI applications, making adjustments to meet high standards.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in machine learning and AI, advocating for best practices and integrating new technologies when appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with significant work on AI and machine learning projects.
• Proven ability to develop production applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models, along with understanding their underlying technologies.
• Strong experience with agentic methods, prompting techniques, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, evaluation mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Eagerness to learn and tackle new problems.
• Clear and structured communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of independent work and teamwork.
• Proficiency in building production-grade web applications and expertise in relevant languages and concepts such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and database systems.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in specialized machine learning areas like deep learning or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with machine learning implementations in SaaS or multiplayer applications.
