Specialist - Marketing Operations

This position focuses on maintaining the technical infrastructure and data accuracy required for global marketing and sales success. You will oversee lead management workflows and operational processes to ensure marketing technology functions effectively.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Direct lead operations including routing, enrichment, assignment, and distribution.
• Handle support tickets related to system updates, campaign execution, and lead assignment within established SLAs.
• Track lead flow and generate reports on funnel performance and operational metrics.
• Audit and clean data within Salesforce and Marketo to ensure high quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps departments to refine segmentation and qualification processes.
• Assist with marketing automation projects and workflow upgrades.
• Resolve technical issues in lead routing by working with IT and internal teams.
• Propose and implement scalable solutions to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo, specifically regarding CRM administration, reporting, and lead management.
• Ability to analyze data to optimize lead management strategies.
• Experience managing operational support requests via ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Capacity to troubleshoot technical problems and drive automation improvements.
• High attention to detail while handling multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with lead routing and enrichment tools like Clay or Openprise.
• Experience building marketing dashboards and using reporting software.
• Knowledge of demand generation, lead scoring, attribution modeling, and customer lifecycle stages.
