Lead Software Engineer

About the role

You will act as the primary connection between data science research and live product environments. Your work focuses on building high-traffic machine learning systems and defining the technical architecture for our enterprise software.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Convert experimental algorithms and data science models into production-ready code.
• Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines covering data processing, model training, deployment, and validation.
• Develop API services that handle high request volumes with low latency.
• Create monitoring frameworks to track system health and model performance metrics.
• Lead proof of concept projects to evaluate new infrastructure and technical stacks.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle from initial product requirements to final deployment.

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining machine learning solutions at scale.
• Expertise in MLOps practices for moving models from research to production.
• Experience designing distributed data pipelines and microservices.
