• Joined as the BD and operations lead at a fintech liquidity platform, responsible for both driving new partnerships and keeping the internal engine running — prospecting, onboarding, documentation, and post-deal follow-up all sat within my remit.
• Secured Tier 1 partnerships with audit firms, institutional investors, launchpads, and marketing agencies, and led six-figure commercial agreements while keeping compliance standards tight throughout.
• Built the internal operational infrastructure from scratch — designed async workflows, implemented CRM automation, and set up communication systems that gave a distributed remote team the structure to operate efficiently without constant hand-holding.
• Ran outreach campaigns that drove lead generation and conversion, and coordinated across internal teams to make sure partners always had what they needed, when they needed it.

• Brought on to build out the partner and client base for an AI-driven trading technology platform — sourced and closed marketing partners and technology clients internationally, managing the full relationship from first contact through to onboarding.
• One of the consistent challenges here was explaining a technically complex product to non-technical stakeholders — developed a clear communication approach that translated platform capabilities into plain business value without dumbing it down.
• Kept a detailed CRM record of every partner interaction so nothing fell through the cracks and the pipeline always had full visibility regardless of who was looking at it.

• Joined to source and close ecosystem partners for an AI-powered technology platform and was promoted within the first week based on immediate results — which set the tone for how I approached every engagement that followed.
• Developed practical working knowledge of AI product positioning and what it takes to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business-side stakeholders in the same organisation.

• Worked with one of the leading global crypto exchanges — a platform supporting 500+ tokens and millions in daily trading volume — managing relationships with project teams, content creators, and institutional stakeholders.
• Produced market research and competitive analyses that informed go-to-market decisions for early-stage projects seeking listings, and handled client onboarding, compliance queries, and marketing campaign execution on an ongoing basis.

• Closed 50+ institutional and commercial partnerships across three concurrent projects in the AI and fintech space — managing all prospecting, outreach sequencing, relationship tracking, and post-deal coordination simultaneously.

• Identified and onboarded brands and projects onto Intract's Learn & Earn platform — a web3 platform running interactive quest campaigns for user education and token rewards — managing the full integration process and ongoing partner relationship.

• Supported the BD function across partnership sourcing, outreach, deal structuring, and negotiation — a solid grounding in the mechanics of how BD pipelines are built and how deals actually move from interest to close.
