GTM Engineer

About the role

Fragment is seeking a GTM Engineer to lead our technical outreach and developer acquisition strategy. You will function as a product-focused team dedicated to increasing our visibility and user base by creating high-quality technical content and functional demonstrations. This role reports to the founders and requires an entrepreneurial approach to building our developer presence from the ground up.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Produce documentation, tutorials, and launch announcements that explain how to implement billing, payments, accounting, and reconciliation using our ledger API.
• Develop sample applications and interactive demos to help developers achieve their first successful integration.
• Manage top-of-funnel growth by creating technical campaigns and tracking their effectiveness.
• Engage with developer communities to identify friction points and provide actionable feedback to our product team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role with the ability to build functional integrations independently.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, readable technical content.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to define your own priorities and manage a backlog without a pre-existing roadmap.
