What you'll do
- Lead the entire lifecycle of enterprise software deployments, from initial contract signing through post-launch support, taking full responsibility for project success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource assignments, budget projections, and risk assessments for multiple ongoing projects.
- Manage project finances, overseeing budgets between $150,000 and $1,000,000, monitoring spending, and controlling scope changes to stay within financial limits.

- Adapt FourKites' standard implementation methodology to suit the unique needs and organizational structures of each client.
- Act as the main point of contact for client executives, IT departments, and operational teams, facilitating all key project milestones and meetings.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports detailing project status, risks, and achieved value.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and success criteria.
- Create and manage resource plans, allocating internal team members and tracking budget utilization, including professional services and third-party costs.
- Forecast resource requirements for the next 3-6 months and optimize allocation across your project portfolio.
- Guide technical teams through integrations with client ERP systems (SAP TM, SAP ECC, Oracle, JDA/Blue Yonder, Manhattan), TMS, OMS, and WMS platforms.
- Oversee data mapping, validation, and carrier onboarding processes, including EDI 856/214 setup and API integrations.
- Coordinate integration testing for various transportation modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, ocean, air) and manage production cutover activities.
- Analyze implementation performance data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to best practice documentation.
- Collaborate with Professional Services leadership on capacity planning and methodology enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams with project scoping and SOW development.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, with at least 3 years specifically in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or ERP domains.
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations, including transportation management, warehouse processes, order fulfillment, and carrier management.
- Demonstrated success managing project budgets exceeding $100,000, including forecasting and financial reporting.
- Experience managing 3-5 or more concurrent enterprise-level projects with competing priorities and shared resources.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software, including integration methods and implementation best practices.
- Familiarity with transportation modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, ocean, air) and common logistics documentation.
- Experience with SaaS implementation phases, from discovery and configuration to go-live.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Salesforce.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for client meetings and on-site support.
