Associate Implementation Manager

You will manage software deployments for Global 1000 companies, acting as a strategic partner to help them navigate complex supply chain transformations. This role requires balancing technical product expertise with project management to ensure clients achieve measurable operational outcomes.

What you'll do

• Guide enterprise customers through the adoption of FourKites as a core supply chain visibility solution.
• Serve as a primary advisor for clients building their initial visibility workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from project initiation to final deployment.
• Coordinate across internal technical leads, carrier operations specialists, and external stakeholders in different time zones.
• Create project roadmaps, track milestones, and manage scope changes to meet delivery timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder training, executive reviews, and progress meetings.
• Provide feedback to the product team to help align the platform roadmap with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
• Analyze implementation processes to improve service delivery for enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in math, statistics, economics, engineering, or a quantitative field with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Recent graduate status with coursework or internship experience in enterprise software, business processes, or project management.
• Academic or internship exposure to logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Ability to travel to customer sites at least 30% of the time.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRMs, project management software, spreadsheets, and data tools.
• Interest in the application of AI tools to improve implementation workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills adaptable to various organizational cultures.
